Lauchy is a free windows program that indexes your start menu and able to lauch documents, project files, folders and bookmarks with just a few keystrokes. In other words, it's a "launcher" program.
looks really simple and nice to use, I'll be downloading it as soon as I get back. Will give it a go & post impressions soon.
