Mynn, dia gulung tak pakai tikar pon. Ok jek sushi dia tak berderai. Since i tak ada tikar gulung dia, boleh tak I buat macam dia? Walalupun saya bukan expert? Aliah has beem pestering me. Semalam dah beli Nori sheets. Tapi cari beras Jepon pendek tak jumpa. Pagi ni nak kena pergi cari kat Giant.
i think kat tesco ada the rice. kalau tak de kan, i think beras biasa pun lebih kurang je rasa dia (difference in texture, maybe)
that guy betul2 expert, dia spread the rice in a few seconds je. rata & cantik pulak tu.
when i started making sushi i didnt have a mat too, so i used a magazine. tak boleh guna tangan je sebab nori tu sebenarnya nipis & would scrumple under weight.

i was surprised myself looking at the size of the sushi, i normally just use 1/3rd of the sheet, and he's using like 90%
